  1. My dentist told me to do the same thing. Vigorous flossing is good for gums was the implication. I noticed however that my gums were looking worse. I feel like such a fool for my blind obedience! So grateful (beyond words) to have found Dr Ellie to set things straight. For the first time in 60 years, I feel I am getting the right advice for how to take care of my mouth.
