  13.  @mikeellis9720  This is just ridiculous. Moving is an enormous cost for most people. Both in money(which can't be sent to ukraine) but also in time, which means fewer and lower quality videos etc. Besides, it wouldn't help. Moving is a very public act. The FSB would see it and find the new adress. Not broadcasting plans on the other hand is a good, effective and reasonable tip.
