@Cramblit "U.S. didn't "lose" the war in Afghanistan or Iraq. Their military objectives were all achieved." Not true for afghanistan. Their military objective was to destroy Taliban. They failed that after 20 years of fighting.

Any country can send any troops they want to. No need to be cute about what to call them. Is not like russia can do anything to stop it.

European countries can even if north korea is not sending troops. no one is stopping france from sending soldiers. No one can stop the swedes from sending as many thousand troops as they want.
