  6.  @johnmahoney9354  If that was the real reason then in 2 years after the war turned slow they would have built up new production lines. the truth is that more european ammunition is sold abroad rather than to ukraine. And new orders were laughably late to arrive.

But ukraine refrained from turning it into an actual war. there is a reason that ukraine did not strike any part of crimea before 2022. Exactly because it was annexed by russia(without a fight), and ukraine was not at war with russia. all the fighting were in Donbass where there was civil war(heavily supported and fired up ofc). So it was a war between ukraine and 2 small "republics". Russia bet on crimea surrender happening again, it didn't. this time ukraine was ready for war with all of russia.

  31.  @WorldCrucified  NATO does not depend on the US. USA is the only country so far who have required help from NATO, so the dependency really goes the other way. Btw. Europe was able to help ukraine during day one of the war. I doubt USA did much better.
