  7.  @IvanToman  Do you know what the word "might" means? it means that there is a possibility that they are starting to run low and a possibility that they are not starting to run low. He did not say they were running low. And "running low" is not "running out". Russia did reduce their missile strike a lot, so they probably did run low(not out...) But with imports from abroad and increased production they could later increasae strikes.
