  12.  @boovssf  “If the enemy soldier were surrendering or so ill or injured that they could not fight back, then it would be a war crime to kill them” Seems like you have misunderstood the "research" you have done. This soldier had not surrendered and did not seem so ill or injured that he could not fight back. Therefore no war crime was comitted. Being dazed for a few seconds is not being incapabel of fightning in this engagement.
