  2. I like the light traffic too. But bear in mind: That was because automobile ownership & usage was far lower in those days. Go back to those times and you might have to make do with living around taking public transport.

  3. I just looked at it on google maps. You may disagree but I get the impression that it may have changed for the worse with a big ugly parking space where the row houses once were.
