  1. The funny thing is; most of the rest of the USA had long got over the Satanic panic by 1993 when this crime happened. But not good ol’ backward Arkansas. They’re always 10-20 years behind the times.

  2. They can’t charge the stepfather because they don’t have any real evidence to charge him. We don’t even know if he did it, he’s just a stronger suspect character wise than the three are. Not that they had any real evidence iI’m the three either.
