The thing is that betrayal hurts the most when it comes from a really close friend. Also feels like a tautology because you wouldn't feel betrayed if it came from a person you weren't close to anyway. I still am trying to let go of a friend who betrayed me. I cared too much and she didn't care at all. It's so fucking hard but I'm trying to let it go.
