  3. Ayana Fellows So you’re assuming on what I’ll do when I visit a country? Wrong. I would try and learn the language before visiting a country...I am considerate enough. It’s definitely a problem, imo. You should make it an effort to try and better the native language of that country you’re living in. Or else, you’ll be stagnant and won’t truly evolve.

You want them to struggle their whole life without learning a relativity easy language? So if you lived in another country, would you not learn their language? You’d live there for years in ignorance?

  13. ffsj ryshn I was talking about immigrants. I’m sure refugees have a very hard time in comparison. Everything takes time, however, I’m talking about the experiences I’ve had with immigrants, since I grew up with them and I was the minority. There’s some immigrants who never end up learning English, and those are the ones who never made the effort.

People assume everything because it makes them feel better about themselves, you know, because they have someone to blame for their problems. There are advantages to certain groups and individuals...that is true. But, there are many who worked their way up with their own will. If people will continue to state that nonsense, they’ll never realize their own individuality.

  18. Dr. Apollo Adapting and evolving are two different things. Adapting is surviving, but you have to make the effort to educate yourself. That’s sadly not true. Immigrants who arrive have a very small chance of learning our language properly, therefore it’s usually their kids (first generation) who will learn the language. I know it will take a few years to learn English, I’m just saying you really have to make an effort to learn the language. If I was an expat, I would be in a similar situation, you just have to get outside your comfort zone and communicate with other people who are not from your community.

We’re becoming a fascist regime run by monopolies, we don’t have a proper healthcare system, and our education system is a mess...among other issues. Hollywood is a major source of corruption, our complex tax system, the CIA committing crimes against humanity, our contractors, etc. The list can go on. Lol, where do you think our money goes to? Look at the federal reserve system. JFK tried getting rid off it because it’s the most corrupt system that caters to the most powerful individuals in the world, such as the Rothschild family. We produce the most weapons and we sell them to our enemies. So again, how are we not in top 3?

If you want to learn more, just do the research. The internet is reliable and convenient for mostly about everything. The term “Latin” comes from Rome. Latin America lost most of its cultural significance because of the Europeans. I can go on, but I’m not trying to argue, I’m trying to help you understand.

  47. I live in New Jersey, and I’ve been surrounded by immigrants my whole life. I was the only white dude in most of my classes, even in college. People who have accents never bothered me, and I don’t think you should be afraid to speak because of who you are or where you came from. Why else do you not feel welcome?

The same goes for your teacher, who shouldn't be a teacher, he's a disgrace. He's probably racist and ignorant. I've also had professors in college who ranted on about politics...it's the worst. I've also had many bullies throughout school who made me feel horrible. At one point I even tried to starve myself in high school. I recently graduated college and l laugh at the past because I went through many phases and I didn't who I was. It literally took until post graduation where I started to realize who I was and what I wanted to do. Anyway, I love Mexico and I'm glad you're strong and confident to speak out and state your opinions. Don't ever give up if someone tries to get you down. No, thank you for expressing yourself :)

  49. Hawaa Amar I see. He seems more annoyed at the whole situation. I think the government is to blame, and at least Trump was dealing with it, but in the wrong way. His strategies weren’t good enough, as you can see the budget dealing with the immigrants/refugees was probably low, or maybe they didn’t really care. But the government doesn’t care about its own citizens, never mind the immigrants. The wall isn’t the answer. I think it might make it harder to come over...but it’s only a temporary fix to the whole system of immigration, which needs to be worked out and organized. And the American military hasn’t been very organized throughout history, along with the rest of our government.

I know you mean well, but it doesn’t help the situation in the long-term for our own people. I think you’re taking it to heart. The guy is not generalizing, he’s making his own perspective on the issue. The Cambodian dude defended immigrants saying they just want a better life, so someone spoke up and that’s good.
