  1. Trenice Johnson Well, I have a bachelors in Art. I was forced to take it because I didn’t find anything that I wanted, which was animation...so I chose graphic design. Animation is a horrible field to work in, so I’m glad I didn’t go that route. So now I’ve graduated and I don’t have a job at the moment...but once I do, I’m sure I can go anywhere in the art field, including film. Oh, and I have a very small debt, lol (because I went to a community college to get my Associates). Anyway, it all depends on your portfolio, not your degree, but there’s no harm in going to college if you’re smart about it (not having a huge debt at the end).
