@BlueeStarr312 Lol, then they need to get over it. You can't change someone's mind on who they find attractive. I only care about personality and standards, for instance. It's just how life works.

@extremepsyche3135 Lol, the only reason I haven't dated is because I don't have a job atm XD

Zoe I totally understand you, lol. However I’ll never go on a dating app, so I’ll just stick with the traditional XD

Andre_Pi^ There certainly is, especially if you’re in a city: there’s events you could attend, concerts, if you’re old enough, nice bars where you could socialize, comic or anime conventions (whatever you’re into), etc. The only thing you need is money to really travel and have those experiences, outside school or work, and I don’t do either since I’m a graduate who’s still looking for a job, lol.

I never tried online dating, lol, but I'd rather find someone irl who has substance and intelligence.

So what does this mean, lol? Which side suits you more?

@benjaminlewis2910 Why, lol??

DarnMofo Don’t use dating apps then. Texting people on dating apps never works well.

DarnMofo I’ve always followed the philosophy of “going with the flow” (which is part of Taoism, ironically) for mostly every aspect of my life and it’s worked well so far. But I understand where you’re coming from with your relationship status, I’m not focused on forcing myself to find someone either, I’m just trying to be ambitious, which will lead me to be more social on its own accord :p

Andre_Pi^ I don’t think you should listen to those people who are dictating what is right or wrong. Obviously going to a concert of your preferred band is going to spark some conversation before or after the concert, since you can talk about your musical tastes and the band itself for an icebreaker. It’s like wearing a band shirt that’s of my favorite band...there’s going to people who are going to talk to me because they have the same interests as me. It’s almost the same in a bar, you’re there to chill, have a drink, and maybe talk to someone if the situation arises. I think you’re having too many negative thoughts about what could go wrong, when in reality you should just act natural and as yourself. And it’s not even about “flirting”, it’s about having a fun time that could eventually mean something more over time.

@harperdziedzic1084 I don't care about race or ethnicity when it comes to finding someone. All I care about is intelligence and a great personality.

Faz Naz Exactly :)

@AntiSoraXVI I didn't say that about women, lol All I'm saying is to act like yourself and be natural in a social environment. I don't know about actively pursuing a female, since all the females have asked me out and came to me. In my personal experiences, I never even thought of getting into a relationship before I at least became their friends and got to know them.
