I don't think you understand what the word "independence" means to someone who can't be a normal human being with working limbs, they're limited to simple chores and essential hygienics is frustrating. You're so busy at being selfish and taking everything for granted, that you cannot feel empathy for someone living in an entirely different world than yours. You're immaturity level is pure ignorance, you need to stop looking in your own feeble perspective, and try looking at the world around you.

Even that is limited to what you could be learning if you're willing to do research on your own time. Hospitals will always be about money, so instead, we would have to change the whole system of healthcare to really help the poor and needy who can't afford their bullshit. Nothing is going to change from you ranting on about this individuals life...it's only making you look like an ass.

You're the one complaining about another individuals life, when it's none of your business, anyway. Again, this is an issue that has no impact or relevance to our financial problems, the U.S. is taking our money and is wasting it on prison inmates, monopolizes the poor with their bullshit companies, and feeding the military with an overzealous amount of power. Seriously, this is not the issue, you're wasting your time, do your research on what the government is actually doing with our money. "I'd really enjoy finding out what kind of unique perspective you have that gives you the ability to claim that school is a waste of time compared to personally motivated research. Have you superseded your own university training with at-home research?" Again, school is a waste of time...especially in the U.S., because you're paying for something that will ultimately not give you expectations that you had hoped. "motivated research" is passion towards your future ambitions, which are limited in any type of school; I'm not saying are learning "nothing", but you could be learning way more on your own. There are "rules" in school that limit your own brain power (of course, this depends on the individual), one of which, is being "pressured" on your school work (peers and schooling environment) and standardized test that have no real benefit towards your intelligence. Yes, iv'e basically "superseded" my own "university training", because I don't need it...since Iv'e taught myself way more than any school could ever teach me. "You cannot blame the failings of a system on the system itself when you have the ability to input change and affect its success." I'm not blaming anything, I'm being realistic.
