  2. Joe Schmoe By “public thugs”, you mean the mafia? The KGB are intelligent agents, lol. I think, instead of using private institutions as a leverage, the community as a whole should be helped. Unjust capitalism leads to more disproportionate inequalities...which again, favors the wealthy.
