  2. Michael Wilson Looks can be deceiving. I think there should be both genders representing their community or workplace, and sometimes, it be considered “biased” if there is one gender present. I’d say the same for men, but depending on the specific job, one gender usually leads the situation. I genuinely think there should be a “balance” in most places where communication is necessary...that’s how “diversity”/“minorities” begins to “disappear”, then the group of individuals only see each other as “humans”.

  3. Mz Mac Yes, and that is why the U.S. is a fucked up, biased and ignorant nation. That’s not “democracy”...that’s corruption. Doesn’t mean we’re not slowly “evolving” when it comes to politics and who should be a “leader” that’s not entirely dependent on the race.
