Natural occurrences in nature is art, human beings are art, seen through early cave paintings and the renaissance. This is definitely “art”, the guy is posing, takes different perspectives, and is experienced with photography. Again, porn is art, the naked body is art, anatomy is complex and dynamic, look at the muscles of bodybuilders for reference or in depth details of the external human body. Your “definition of modern art “ is wrong, I corrected you. There is no “definition” of art, the art world evolves to fit certain trends, and right now it’s contemporary.
