  4.  @Lxoxo333  Ignorant of what? Our money is going to the military, but we don't have the power to put it wherever we like. It should be going into infrastructure, underdeveloped communities, and public education, for example, however politicians are pocketing the money instead, among other things.

  5.  @jennigrecu  It’s not hard to figure out why, though. The US is obviously too capitalistic and corrupt, especially since they need to stay superior and compete with China, or any other competitor. If you study history, any major empire/dynasty plays by the same rules, they disregard the poor and working class, while focusing on their military or elites.

  7.  @onetrueindian1  Not really. The US is a federal system, and the tax system is very inconsistent, so it won't change until the system changes altogether.
