That’s complete bullshit...it has to do with the parents , and obviously, they weren’t there to discipline their kids from hanging out with a bunch of immature troublemakers. Sorry, but you have no idea what you’re talking about, but the reality of it, is that this whole pathetic, “ghetto” situation has to do with the cycle of bad parenting. You’re making excuses for the child, but are not focusing on the parents, which is where the major influence comes into play (and that’s your ignorance).
