  2. EMm Yes, I have a BA in Art. Go look at Jackson Pollock’s work and tell me your opinion on his work? I didn’t “think” at all, lol, it’s just a waterfall of colors. A ton of modern art is nonsensical, same with contemporary art, it’s just there.

  3. Tanner rip Exactly. That’s the point of “art”, you’ve made my point. It based on interpretation on the viewer itself, I didn’t “think” and you did. Sometimes you don’t “think” and you just embrace whatever happens, it applies to the definition itself. Marcel Duchamp’s Urinal forced people to think because it was radical and broke all the rules. But again, you don’t have to think about a piece, you could simply think it’s garbage.
