  7. Arman Omi I wouldn't compare it to Mushishi or Mononoke, but it's "beautiful" in its own sense, since there's little dialogue at times, it has a visually, calming artistic nature to it. Same goes for Haibane-Renmei, they're similar with the atmospheric art, in other words, enchanting or ethereal.

  8. Arman Omi The animation is well done, imo. The same thing with the anime: Now and then, here and there, it's similar to a Studio Ghibli series or movie. I don't think you've seen enough shows to appreciate their animation, it doesn't always have to be amazing...

"Its brcause I've seen other anime with great visuals & animation that I can say that I didn't appreciate the animation of Kino no Tabi." Examples? When all those elements are present,I can truly call it a really beautiful show & appreciate it." I think the director (Ryûtarô Nakamura) does a great job adapting the light novel. His other works, such as: Serial Experiments Lain and Ghost Hound capture the essence of the atmospheric vibe, just like Kino. First off, you can't compare studios, they're too different in expertise and in quantity; Cowboy Bebop was made by the animation studio: Sunrise.
