  40. Pink Flower Woah, lol, calm down. My point was to look at it from a doctors perspective, they’re confused when they do tests and find nothing. Then they tell them it’s a psychological problem, because they’ve given up with the tools that they’re equipped with. It’s not their problem that technology can’t find everything within the body, which is why they give them random drugs to try to alleviate their pain. The first link you gave me was bullshit, lol. One of the links from the author was an article that was supposedly done in 1985, and that author didn’t want to say where the experiment was conducted...so no, I can’t take it seriously. The other article I couldn’t even read, you needed a subscription, lol. The Atlantic article was a little story about a hospital in Brooklyn...one fucking hospital that Racheal went to, apparently. She waited hours for care in the ER, so what? That article was embarrassing to say the least, the guy who wrote it is biased, they should’ve went to a better hospital if they couldn’t wait. Why don’t I have sympathy? Because I had Kidney Stones and literally waited 9 hours to be seen and to get a bed. I was in so much pain, yet they couldn’t care less, they eventually gave me morphine, but it didn’t do anything. I also didn’t get sleep because the guy next to me was snoring the whole night. In conclusion, there are bad hospitals...and there’s also crowded hospitals, I don’t know what else to say, lol. Either way, you gotta give me actual statistics if you wanna persuade me when it comes to the “sexism” part.

  59. You’re wrong. There’s been many sub-cultures that have been harassed and even killed, in small communities or small, “conservative” towns. Since the 1970s, after the mainstream “hippie phase”, punks, goths, and metal heads established their own “self-expression”. There has been rivalries with different “cliques”, too, if you look up the death of Brian Deneke (1997- a punk vs jock rivalry), you’ll understand that it’s been going on for a while. Small towns in the UK, where the goth scene is huge, Sophie Lancaster (2007 case) and her boyfriend were beaten to death by a hateful, prejudice group. Even when a new scene shows up, like, for example “emo”, individuals were being beaten by metalheads in Mexico. Other sub-cultures could be full of hate of other, similar communities; there’s definitely a sense of “elitism” among certain communities, also. So, just because being “trans” has become “mainstream” for the last few years, it doesn’t mean shit, it’s now “new”, but you shouldn’t ignore other “communities” who deal with hate for being who they are. I identify as an “emo”, and people stereotype and look down upon me because they think I “self-harm” or make fun of my musical tastes, however, they’re misinformed and immature. You shouldn’t blame Trump for this, blame the masses who are ignorant and scared, who can’t accept individual freedom of self-expression. You have the power to educate individuals, and if they don’t listen, move on. I have some issues with trans myself, when it comes to facts about biology, but, I don’t condemn anyone who wants to fully express themselves, that’s one of the most intimate, beautiful things about being a human.
