sciencegirl2012 I’m white, and I agree with everything you said (except the religious part lol). I grew up in a shit town, and I was a minority at the schools I went to, especially my high school, which most of my classes were a mix of races. However, most of the black people that I encountered bullied me and were “ghetto”...BUT, I was never once racist or said anything of ignorance. Even though, I was surrounded by toxic individuals, I have met a couple of rational black students.
In college, even more so. I think people get offended way too easily, is the problem, and I think they judge a whole race based on one or two experiences. Even if you do get betrayed by an individual, no matter the race, there’s still going to be that one individual somewhere your life, that will hopefully change someone’s toxic views on a particular race by their kindness of action. They just to be open to that ideology and positive reinforcement, more so than the negative experiences.

Man Getsu "Your arguments are absolutely trash."
No, sir, it's the absolute truth. You don't understand, Kentaro was the executive supervisor for the new show, that's pretty bad...
I did bring up "good points" you're being a ignorant individual, Berserk started in the 80's, and now it's the 21st century, not even close to being finished. Kentaro also postponed Berserk because he got bored of it, and worked on Giganto Makhia, now that's saying something.
You don't know shit about manga, you try to put me down about "Gantz", but you're still wrong, you're a joke.

Arrowsun Again, please stop saying “we”, like you’re the representative for all teachers of this country, when you’re spreading a false narrative on the entire school system. Every state has their own budgets and policies when it comes to teaching (public and charter schools also function differently). I live in New Jersey, which is one of the best states for education, yet I say otherwise, because my experiences weren’t as positive.
No, you may work hard, but this doesn’t apply to all teachers.
You teach with formulaic textbooks, and follow a certain curriculum, which most teachers obey. You’re certainly not self-aware of the school system if you’re being this optimistic about your occupation. If you’re a teacher, I highly suggest you educate yourself by doing research online, and get a better perspective on how the school system works, overall.

person 9 I do agree with the Asian culture in general being a very sad situation, in terms of not socializing and people being too judgmental because they’re afraid to be “open-minded”. Although, we can pinpoint their traditional cultural standards through history, they haven’t progressed mentally, but through effort, have made huge technological advances.
As an American, I do respect your culture immensely, because when it comes to work ethic, us Americans can’t compare (especially young adults). Also, us Americans are not interesting when it comes to our “culture”, since it’s mostly about money and fame. Even though South Korea has its K-pop or gaming trend, at least their festivals are interesting and fun.
But why do you hate your country to renounce your citizenship? I don’t think you’d want to be a Russian, lol, that’s even more depressing/oppressing. I wouldn’t mind switching with you, lol, America is too dirty and way more dangerous XD

@ItsKiraLyn Anytime :)
True! I think it’s good that you take breaks. I don’t watch TV, mainstream news, or read any propaganda pieces, so I try to be as healthy as possible when it come to staying relevant.
You’re right, doing something small goes a long way, especially when you doing something nice for your friends and family, as you said.
Pay It Forward is one of my favorite childhood movies! I’ve seen it at least 8 times, and it made me cry the first time I seen it when I was very young XD
Do you still watch feel-good movies when you’re feeling down? I love watching dysfunctional, dark humor movies to make me feel good. For example, I love Korean thriller movies, I think they’re so amazing, lol.

Man Getsu Do you have a list of manga, and could I see it, if possible? Yea, you should read the rest then, they're really good.
I know he mentioned it, I was using a reference for how much similarities there are.
I meant "idiotic" for you trying to defend his work ethic, because he's been working on it since 1988 (the prototype), then got replaced by the actual story in 1992 (that's 15 years).
Of course he loves painting/drawing, you can tell how much effort he puts into his overall work.
Okay, I can compare other manga artist who have even more dedication/motivation:
Oda Eiichiro who works 20/21 hours a day, with the exception with one day off (Sunday), and he's been working nonstop for 19 years. Osamu Tezuka was a workaholic who went to medical school (got his license), did both his manga and animation at the same time, while producing at least 2 (comics) works. And, even when hospitalized or had health problems, they still continued working; That's some real shit, dude, don't try to deny their dedication and perpetual work ethic.
An artist/literary expanding their story shouldn't be an issue, it's trying to finish it with sincerity. I never said I didn't respect his amazing and unique artistic skills, I'm just frustrated with the lack of chapters or half assed adaptations. Also, not really interested with the recent arc (imo), hope it gets better soon.

@usualdosage7287 First off, I don’t think you’re an incel.
As I said, girls love to be complimented. Saying they're "cute" or "beautiful" once you get to know them through a couple of conversations would definitely help know you're interested in them. Of course, they're all different, while some like you to say it off the bat, depending on the context. Some girls like when you're playing it "coy" with them, or acting as if you're not interested in them (that's how so many girls were interested in me...at least I think). Developing your own fashion sense also helps, but then again, most girls don't care about that stuff, same with not being fit or buff (girls like a little fat, lol). You just gotta feel the vibe.
Another thing is cologne, maybe look into getting a fairly expensive brand, like Burberry or Versace (I think it’s a good investment).
Better social skills is really where it's at, cause better understanding social cues helps your situation with getting a girl's number or inviting them on a date.
So yea, just be yourself is the main point! You’ll find the right girl for you eventually, it sometimes takes time, but it’ll happen.

person 9 Now that you pointed that out about Korean dramas depicting the rich and poor, I get what you mean, lol because last summer, when I was researching Korea, I’ve noticed that pattern, and it does indeed reflect their heritage/culture just like any other country. Well, Koreans are quite fashionable and imitate Europeans or Americans, so they need to always outclass each other when it comes to a trend or style, and plastic surgery is a huge issue. It seems like America and South Koreans have a few things in common, such as their fabricated lifestyle. At least South Koreans aren’t too insecure and don’t shove it in your face 24/7. However, I do love Korean thrillers, as they’re way better than any American thriller XD
Yes, and again, as you say, they bully you because they’re extremely insecure and are ignorant. I mean, I’ve seen a documentary where South Korean individuals throw away their babies if they’re disabled in any type of fashion because they’re bullied to the point of suicide. Anyway, I can go on a ton of rants on why Koreans are forced to commit suicide (but the main factor being pride/social pressure).
I still can’t agree with you on Russia...even though I can drink like a Russian, I won’t ever defend communism...I just hate Karl Marx. They do have a very interesting history, and I’d even say I think they’re apart of Asia, more than Europe, especially since at one point, they dressed as orientals. Oh, and Tetris is one of my favorite games of all time!
I can’t disagree with you on that, there are opportunities for everyone in America. I do see twitch being a gateway for Koreans to express themselves, though. Well, you could always leave Your country...no?

Sara London Yea, the textbooks are for sure a joke! I totally agree, lol.
Whenever you go back to college, I hope everything goes well and you don’t get too stressed dealing with the money issues.
Yep! A cycle of inconsistency and lies. Having a two party system is toxic and dysfunctional, and it will continue to prove zero changes throughout the next generation. As you said, “whoever it is”, which means the people who have more power in the world stage, such as the CIA.
A solution to this problem, could possibly be more parties. But would that even change the overall balance of the system? And if it doesn’t, then is it the federal system itself? Then there’s the major corruption of the lobbying aspect, and these private, unregulated corporations.
There’s so much complications that it gives me a headache XD But, I do know if we want to do something, it’ll only be possible with the people, not the government.

Man Getsu Yea, he's an "executive producer" when he should've been working on his manga, because the anime was total shit, Japan cannot do 3D CGI, at all.
Nope, still worked on Gigantomakhia, rather than Berserk, my point still stands, either way.
"Also, your comment of Berserk not evein being closed to finish is again, simply, wrong. In 2009 there was an interview of Miura saying that Berserk was finised to 60-70%. Sine that time Guts arrived on Elfhelm and we explored and got to see Falconia. More than that, we are chapters away from resolving the most important plot point of the series. Cacas recovery. After that, it is a straight direction towards the eding of the Manga."
Dude, he's been working on it since the 80's, stop trying to make shitty excuses for his lack of motivation for finishing the damn manga. Do you know how idiotic you sound?
I did read the story and comprehended it, so what? What does that have to do with the story progression...it was stagnant for years.

Man Getsu lmao, just stop, kid, you're humiliating yourself.
"Which is not impressive", dude, are you fucking joking, right now? How the fuck isn't that impressive, where the fuck is your pathetic list, in which you never cared to list, because you're a fucking liar. Dude, the author of Berserk didn't really mature at his art techniques (again, defending the manga), tell me where at the exact chapter you see some major "art development"? Kentaro was already extremely talented in the first place.
Nope, iv'e stated nothing but facts, how about you back up my statements, then, kid?
Dude, you're lying again, fucking pathological liar, naming Lone Wolf and Cub, which is in the fucking video, doesn't clarify anything.
Give me an example of something...how about Phoenix, why do you think about that unfinished masterpiece?

Man Getsu No, I meant, his work is objectively good, there's no doubt about that. Not only is he the founder father of manga, but also anime, and his character Astro Boy is the most iconic symbol of heroism in Japan and internationally. Honestly, if you've read his work, you'd think the same, but too bad you're narrow minded. So, he's objectively number 1 for creating manga, too.
1
-
Man Getsu Dude, calm down, what are you, 15? I know what "objective" means, and Nick obviously picked Tezuka because he's the founding father, in general. His work has been referenced and influenced for decades, so in his subjective view, Nick picked Tezuka for that reasoning.
Nope, calling him number one was in literal terms, he's the creator, get your facts straight. And, his work is objectively good, another fact.
"I have read plenty of Terzukas manga, no need to tell me anything about Astro boy."
Nope, you haven't, I'll use my quotes to justify the means, here's my unanswered questions:
1) "Do you have a list of manga, and could I see it, if possible?"
2) "Give me an example of something...how about Phoenix, why do you think about that unfinished masterpiece?"
Another of your pathetic statements:
"And telling me that i have a superiority complex is pretty laughable when you go around telling everyone your top 40 manga list (which is not impressive)"
And here's you calling my list "not impressive", without elaborating on why they're not impressive, which Iv'e included numerous works of Tezuka's work. You have not read one fucking work of his, you're bullshit, kid.
1
-
Man Getsu "Something simply can't be objectively good."
Based on your "definition", you're saying all of his works (78 mangas) are shit, and not one of them are "good"...who is being narrow minded, now?
"Just to give you a few. Phoenix, Black Jack and Adolf were pretty much my favorites from him."
Oh, now you name a few, there's still no evidence of you reading them...I'm still waiting for your "manga list".
"You having read some manga which aren't as know as to the public like some other series are does not mean shit. You could read every manga in this word, but you still would not be capable of forming an opinion with good arguments behind it, just like you did with berserk and your extremely low knowledge on the series."
What does that even mean? Me reading a few "underrated" series should not be compared to mainstream manga...really? I bet you didn't even read most of the shit on my list, because you're being ignorant; Tezuak's work could undoubtedly be better than most work according to societies standards of what "good" means. You're the one who has no knowledge on anything, you don't know shit about: "art", "deadlines", and "respecting your fanbase" that's all the credentials that Kentaro Miura lacks when trying to finish Berserk, in which you tried so hard to defend.

Mztrue87 Thanks for at least replying to me.
I was specifically talking to you, first...not “Pyramid Building jr.”.
Do you anything about history? Who else do you think the technologically advanced civilization, which were both the French and British fucked over? America was made up of Europeans...just wanted to make that clear. Look at Asia and Latin America, they did the exact same thing to them, as they did to Africans, literally anyone who wasn’t as civilized and industrialized were controlled, manipulated, and were enslaved for their own purposes.
What about the Spanish? They enslaved, killed, pillaged, and raped the Mayans and Inca civilizations, too.
All I’m saying, is that the stronger always controlled the weaker.
I don’t agree with racist white people, as I don’t agree with black people doing the same thing (especially those who generalize a whole race of people). I don’t like any organization that labels themselves as “terrorist”, either. For example, the Black Panthers first started out as a healthy community of individuals helping their own community and shielding them from injustice. I agree with that aspect, but then, fast-forward into the future, where the organization becomes a toxic “gang” of corrupted leaders who use only ignorance and violence to justify, there now delusional, pathetic causes. What happened to the original leader of the Black Panthers, you ask?
Well, he became a junkie and starting abusing his lover, then died for an invisible, pathetic cause that didn’t leave a strong mark on society. The same for the Jewish Defense League...google their outcome. Anyone with a fascist ideology never becomes the “hero”.
You think BLM, the KKK, Neo Nazis, or any other pathetic nationalists gang or organization will achieve anything other than hate or ignorance? Lol, they won’t.
Did I ever say I “hated you”, or black people for that matter? I might disagree with how certain people act, don’t agree with religion and some customs, but I don’t truly “hate” anyone, unless they’re a truly shit human being.
You blame white people for everything, because the environment grew up in was toxic. The same goes for white people who think the same as you. The confederates never died, spiritually, they’re still there cursing and manipulating the minds of weak-minded and vulnerable individuals. The history of black people still linger in your mindsets, also. But, I don’t think anyone should linger onto those thoughts, because I believe you shouldn’t generalize a whole race as being “evil” for that sole reason. I hope you can forgive and not try to believe you’re still facing the same torture that your people went through, because that’s something you never want experience in your lifetime.

Jornt Wagenaar No, I’m not going to give you 20 different sources of what scientists claim the virus came from, like what most people do.
Look up the SARS virus in China in 2002-2004; it came from bats, then went to wild civets (cats) in the wet markets...similar to the situation with COVID-19. China used the same methods they used back then to delay or postpone the inevitable (and their contacts with the WHO even ended up in the same situation).
Now, you assume that this was all natural, I mean, “they” (China) say it came from a bat in a wildlife market. But isn’t this too much of a coincidence with the other virus (even though they were making up lies about SARS when it was happening)? You’d think they’d learn to stop the inflow of these exotic, wildlife animals, so it wouldn’t happen again...right?
Or, you’d think they’re experimenting on animals and humans, testing the limits of an outbreak. This theory isn’t too far-fetched and I’ll give you examples: look up what the Soviet Union did in the Southern part of Russia in 1979; they spread anthrax on the human population and then blamed it on infected meat. This is a fact based on the CIA, and this was entirely normal, to kill humans like this, because everyone was doing it. The US did the same exact thing, experimenting with chemicals on the human population; look up Operation Sea-Spray in the 1950s. This was a list of different operations that spread to cites and entire states.
The sad conclusion to this outbreak, similar to SARS, China has covered up where it truly came from, and spread propaganda like they’re doing with this virus. So all these baseless claims of these “scientists” saying all these different scenarios means absolutely nothing, because in the end, only the Communist Party knows the truth.

Jornt Wagenaar I told you, I’ve only seen clips of his funny moments, or went on his website out of curiosity. Most people who’ve seen him on Joe Rogan did the same exact thing.
I don’t believe in any of those conspiracies, so I have no idea where you’re getting your info from. However, Alex Jones has been right on multiple occasions about occultisms and such.
I agree with that, although wealthy family dynasties have owned large parts of continents and their resources. Rothschild is a major example in Europe, while Saudi Arabia basically controlling OPEC is another. China having influence on the world, building infrastructures, lending money, and building military bases is another well-known fact. There’s no such thing as a “globalist agenda”, but everyone who has history of being in power definitely has their own agenda.
I am American, yes. Listen, the only thing I have are facts. Fascism is evil, and that’s what China represents. I’m pretty sure we haven’t committed genocide? Everyone loves war and profit, especially the US, and I don’t agree with imperialism and fascism; so no, I don’t support or love my government if that’s what you’re implying.
I can definitely state facts and give theories that make sense if you think about it. I told you, China and the WHO have made the same mistakes they’ve done with SARS. They’re all following the same procedures as they’ve done before...so something isn’t right with that.
1
-
Jornt Wagenaar No, I didn’t; I guess you confused me by assuming I was an avid fan of him, lol. You shouldn’t judge the dude without knowing anything about him. He’s an entertainer in my eyes, and I’m sure most people laugh at him...because he’s unintentionally hilarious.
Those “weird stuff” are generic “theories” said by people who don’t know anything about anything, lol. It’s still the truth, he has been right on some things, although wrong on most.
I left out a few powerful families in the US, only because Rothschild is the most important dynasty in the world. There’s also Rockefeller, Trump, and the Koch family, for instance, but most of the powerful families are Jewish.
I know my terminology? They’re strictly fascists who support capitalism...that’s how they survive and prosper. They’re also authoritarian...I wouldn’t go as far to say they’re totalitarian, though; same with Russia and some other European countries, like Hungary and Poland. Yes, I’m sure, lol, I’m a historian. If you’re talking about the Native Americans, I honestly wouldn’t consider it a genocide in comparison to what Columbus did to Cuba. They have, however, created a culturecide and ethnocide among the natives, but that was common between tribal warfare before the Europeans arrived.
My dude, I gave you many examples of how countries simply love to experiment, kill, manipulate, and torture their own people. They’re legitimate facts that have been declassified, you need to simply educate and do the research yourself to know that it’s entirely possible for China to do so. Do you want more examples of the countless operations of using citizens and soldiers as guinea pigs?
Why? Because they could use these viruses against their enemies, just like what WW2 and the Cold War was about. How do you know this virus wasn’t meant entirely for data? China loves data, as does any other powerful country. Instead of using nuclear weapons, using pathogens and viruses are a more sinister way of warfare. That’s why I said SARS was only a tease, as they were testing the waters. Now let’s see how the world economy holds out, because it’s all based around China, who is becoming the new empire.

Jornt Wagenaar There was no “old culture”, nor was their culture “rich”. If you’re talking buffalo, yes, lol, but other than that, the Aztecs were superior than all the other natives, in terms of technology. Also, I don’t think you know how tribes work; tribes all have different customs and methods of survival, that’s why many tribes perished by stronger tribes, way before the Europeans showed up. I’ve studied paganism, shamanism, and theology, so it goes way deeper than what you’re saying. It’s not a sad history, it’s a truthful one. Canada and the US is to blame for the dysfunctional system that holds them together.
If you’re talking strictly morals and philosophy about the repercussions of history...than I totally agree with you. If we’re talking informational bias, there is not a chance that’s possible with the severe OCD I had on my journey to force myself to memorize information from credible resources. I’m only a graduate student who’s had way too much free time on their hands.
I told you from the beginning that you could be right, but we still won’t get the truth from a fascist regime. No, I think humans are humans, and they do what they want, essentially. I really don’t believe in a “good or bad” concept that’s literally been made by humans, who created a religious system, notably Zoroastrianism and Taoism, for example. In brief, I think it’s based solely on the environment you’re placed in, and your integrity and intelligence as a human being.

Jornt Wagenaar I’m being sincere and you’re being redundant, so of course I’m frustrated with your simplistic responses. First off, you’re not American, you’re from the Netherlands...therefore you don’t know what’s it like to be American. Secondly, I’ve grown up with immigrants and African Americans my whole life, so I know them well. I know their history, and I also know the history of slavery, I’ve already gone over the fact that I’m a historian, no?
Talking about the reality of hardships is different than my experiences with African Americans, since I’ve been around them my whole life. Some of them have this mentality that they’re literally still enslaved and talk about how they’re always in need in help because nobody cares about them (mostly those who represent BLM, that is an organization for them to rant on). Which in actuality, it’s very untrue and provides a false narrative; when they continually talk of powerful individuals who are all black. The whole social agenda is hypocritical, when nobody is educated in history, then they blame me because I’m “white”. It’s pathetic.
Lol, you do know this is Vice? I’m sure my “bait” of saying “we all” really intrigued you...did it not? I’ve already been ridiculed in real life by insecure individuals who don’t like facing up to the truth. These days, real history is always a controversial topic, since everyone is extremely conceited and likes to use escapism as an excuse for everything.
No, the message behind this whole argument, or whatever you’d call it, is that governments have been known to be extremely corrupt in how they function. The backup is there, and I did say I would provide more inhumane operations that have been declassified, didn’t I?
There’s no need for me to answer your redundant question when you already know the answer.

@Sara_London Yea, I have a bachelor's in Art, and got my associate's by going to a community college to save money.
By taking scholarships and financial aid, I'm only a few thousand in debt, thankfully.
But still, I can't afford healthcare...and even food now that I graduated.
You should definitely do research if you try going in the future. Going to a college that's local will help, same with applying to scholarships or some form of aid. I didn't even rent or buy any of my college books, lol, I used Google for everything. But I'm sure it only works for some classes.
Exactly! Too bad people aren't fighting for the human rights we deserve as citizens of this country. The reason why COVID hit us so hard is because of the massive corruption that is the government. If only people realized that these president's won't ever change anything, when it's the whole, capitalistic system that's accountable.
