  1. That’s how Korean comics are in general. They’re just not good at all, or sometimes they’re mediocre at best. I love Korea only for their movies, which is the polar opposite of their comics or shows (K-dramas) I’d even go far as to say Korean cinema is better than Hollywood (for the past few decades), Europe, and the rest of Asia to a certain degree.

  2. Korean and Chinese comics are really bad when it comes to storytelling, pacing, and everything else. I think Chinese comics are better with their coloring...but that’s about it. Japanese light novels are also in the same category of being horrendously bad.

  3. They’re just insecure. It happens all the time when you give constructive criticism and a detailed response to why something wasn’t good, people respond with stupidity. It’s really hard to find someone who is willing to listen and respect your opinion, even if they disagree.

  4. Korean comics are really bad, imo, and I started reading them many years ago when they weren’t even popular. Some comedy/gag Korean comics are decent though; other than that, they’re bland and go on for way too long.
