I'm sure it's always been like that. You're in a business with tons of individuals who have giant egos, then there's favoritism and kissing ass. I had to deal with the same shit in college when I majored in art, it was garbage. Most businesses environments are the same, especially when it comes to creative decisions and projects.

@frankom2862 Yep, mostly everyone is brainwashed. That's why you gotta DIY and use your brain to be your own boss someday. I'm working on my own comics and doing everything myself, building up my portfolio for a while now. I would never join any comic publishers, most of them are there to steal your work or want you to be a tool. Fuck them.
