  1. A cop under training is cutting a hanged body down?? What if it wasn't a suicide? Shouldn't the forensic team be there first, before they start moving the body around potentially damaging evidence? This all sounds very unprofessional.

Its a sign of having mental and emotional issues. These silly self-branding exercises started amongst inmates in prisons, to show allegiance. Now stupid and superficial people have taken up this trend and they don't even know why. They believe its fashion. Just because the demented entertainment industry has been pushing it.
