  8. well u obviously are not a kayaker. i have a kayak certificate. i know how to get back into an overthrown kayak by three different methods, with and without a paddle and even empty the kayak of water. i know how to do the Eskimo roll in a kayak. so no, i am not confusing a kayak with a canoe. what experience do u have with kayaks since u believe a person gets stuck in it from tipping over?

  12. the plug means nothing. its on the topside of a kayak and lets almost no water in. she killed him by not getting to where he was and letting him hang on to her kayak! she could have done that with no risk to herself. also a kayak does not sink from being turned over. too much air inside. i believe she watched him drown in the cold water from a distance because of hypothermia, and then went and made his kayak sink. its even possible she pushed him with the ore and made him topple over. knowing that the lack of a life vest, the alcohol and the cold water would finish him quickly. but that is just speculation.

  22. the paddle is actually necessary to get yourself up and back into an overturned kayak. it can be done without but is much harder. wasn't mother nature that killed him. she did by not getting to where he was and letting him hold unto her kayak. she could have gotten him back to shore that way with no risk to her self. we dont know exactly the nature of their relationship. but if a relationship is bad u just leave. u dont kill the other. plus the life insurance gives her added motive.

And yet the first thing on his mind when he sees that the boat is taking in water is to tell his mother to reel thos silly fishing lines in. Pff... yea right. Cause thats is the main concern at that point in time. And why would she even listen or do as he said? She is suppose to be the mature and experienced one of the two. Her concern at this point would have been on safety, not on reeling in fishing lines. He wants to make it look as if she was busy fiddling with the fishing rods as the boat started sinking. :) And thats how he wants to sell his story, like I was over here getting the life raft ready, and she was over there busy with the fishing lines, and thats how we got seperated, and before you knew it the boat was sinking and i never saw my mother again. :)) Please!!! This story is too childish and dumb. And who sets out to do tuna fishing on their first ofshore fishing trip anyway? That is a very skilled and difficult type of fishing.
