  14.  @jasonjo6095  oh there is no doubt she facilitated his death in my and the polices mind. watching someone drown and not offer help is killing! i have done a lot of kayaking and know that a missing topside plug will not let that much water in. it would take hundreds of waves to fill the kayak and he would have turned the kayak around long before rowing towards the shore if that was the case, as he would have felt the kayak getting heavier slowly. very slowly in fact, it doesn't fill up quickly as people believe. even if his kayak would have toppled over landing him in the water there are several safe methods for saving a person which is taught in all basic kayak courses, that doesn't represent any danger to herself. and even if none of them had attended a kayak course there is still the very simple solution of letting him hang on to the back of her kayak while she rows to the nearest shore. (im pretty sure a kayak course and a certificate is law all over US especially in open waters with boat and ship traffic). so knowing these things and watching her weird emotionless display even telling about his bizarre sexual ideas, which has no relevance to their kayak trip and his death, speaks volumes about her wanting him dead.

  21. u dont jump in from a kayak to help another...she could have simply gotten to where he was and let him hang on to the back end of her kayak and row them both to shore with no risk to her self. there are also methods for him to get back into his kayak alone and a very simple method for receiving help from another kayak...which they would both have known if they both ever took a proper kayak course with a certificate. but it sounds like they didn't. also there are only two ways u can sink a kayak. one is if he was fumbling so much trying to get back in, not knowing how (this is why u take a kayak course, they teach u how to get back in), that he would constantly fill his kayak with water. it does not sink from just turning over. there is too much air in an overturned kayak. the second way u can sink a kayak is if she gets to his kayak and lifts it on its side holding the opening with one hand and kind of dipping it to let water get in and filling it up. in any case i dont believe any of what she says except that she wanted him dead and that she feels ok now he is dead.

  29. To be fair she did help tie that woman up and put a bag over her head preparing her for the kill. That is taking part in and facilitating a murder. And she knew people would die when she went along. But i think the importance of this crazy Manson cult case is to look at the larger picture. Not who did what in detail.

The power it had on these unfortunate souls that fell in the hands of crazies like Manson. And then you say the killings were done in cold blood? All of the participants were high either on LSD (a strong inhibitor and pacifier) or on speed as in Tex' case. Plus they were all victims of Manson's mindwash. That's not cold blood. That is an altered state of mind. If you were never in a cult yourself, you wouldn't understand how easy it is for your mind to be taken from you. I have met dozens of people in my life who are good people, but who would have fallen in the same trap as these sorry sods did.

Sure she had tendencies and a predisposition for becoming a willing tool, but she didn't join the Manson club in order to become a killer. That happened along the way.
