  1. wow.. this guy is amazing to listen to and learn from. when he said that if your gut works optimaly you dont need toilet paper, that cought my attention. right now im on penicillin for 2 weeks for some stomach bacteria and i realised after a few days on penicilin that i use very little toiletpaper! never used this little toilet paper in my life. just 2 wipes and its done. my bowel movements and escretion is excelent after taking penicilin. my hemorid situation has improved a lot. so there is definelty a connection between a well functioning gut and not having to wipe too much. who would have thought!
