@angelwings7930 It couldn't have been a close friend who told this. Close friends don't shit on their dead and murdered best friends. Nor her family who are convinced he murdered her. Why would her family destroy her reputation? You got your stories mixed up, or you like to invent stuff it sounds like.

@keithvlogs1 When you put it like that, sure, anything is possible. But you forget to look at the bigger picture. Neighbours heard them shouting and arguing loudly before the shootings. So, if they were having a fight, that changes everything. That means she locked herself in the bathroom to get away from him. And it also means she took her phone with her to get in touch with someone or was in the process of deleting messages and he wanted to put an imediate stop to that. This also points to the fact that he knew exactly where she was in that room. Sitting on the toilet trying to make a call. Hence him shooting directly at that spot through the door, and not spreading his shots as would have been more logical if he thought an intruder was hiding somewhere in that bathroom. Why would he assume the intruder would sit on the toilet? All shots were directed towards that spot in the bathroom. That makes no sense. But if their argument put him in a rage, and she said something like: I'm going to call my new boyfriend or my best friend to pick me up. Then that could have put him in such a blind rage that he wanted to end her, and which better place to aim the shots than directly towards the toilet where he expected her to sit while on the phone.

Ofcourse he shot her on purpose. Neighbors heard them fighting before the shootings. And his whole bullshit story that he thought she was still in bead while there was a burglar hiding himself in the bathroom is just too Donald Duck. Which is also why he got sentenced.

Like she is equally to blame for the murder or what? Like she deserved it? What was your intention telling every one she was using him? Using him for what exactly? @keithvlogs1 Its true there are no hard evidence except that he shot her. But the fact that the autopsy found she had ingested food between 1 and 2 o'clock at night means she or they were up eating in the kitchen around the time of the shooting and not sleeping as he said. The fact that neighbors heard screaming angry voices coming from their direction a few minutes before the shooting and so on, are all heavy indicators that his story is bullshit and something else went on.

@ellabella6099 Anything can be pulled apart in court and usually is. That's the nature of court proceedings. But I have seen the interview with one of the neighbors who claimed they heard loud shouting coming from the direction of Oscar place at the time of the shootings. And I trust them cause it fits with the rest of the case. I don't believe Oscars story for one second. Remember the autopsy found food in Revas stomach from exactly the hours of the shooting, which means she was up and eating, which most probably means they were both up and most probably had a big fight before the shooting. Pictures this: They were both up eating in the kitchen around 2 at night, and she for some reason takes her phone with her and needs to lock herself in the bathroom with it calling or messaging someone. He would have known this cause he went and shot her. Most probably a fight went on between them which in the stillness of the night could have been heard from further away. Loud angry voices can carry very far at night. I have heard such quarrels at night myself. But even without the neighbors claim of the loud voices, its a clear cut case of murder. He was shooting only in the direction of the toilet where he knew she would be seated with her phone. If he had thought a burglar was in there, why only shoot at the toilet? What kind of a home intruder would lock himself in there and sit himself on the toilet? He would have sprayed his shots all over the door in the hope of hitting the guy.

@keithvlogs1 They don't need to prove he shot her. They know he shot her. They have to deliberate if they believe his lousy story or not, which they didn't. Simple as that. His childish story just doesn't make sense and don't fit the evidence. They know she was up at the hours of the shooting eating from the kitchen from the content of her stomach at the autopsy. Which means there would have been light coming from the kitchen at around 2 in the night. Which means that his story of stumbling around in pitch dark shooting in self defense can't be true. And he would have known where Reva was. I had a girlfriend once whos mobile phone received a text message in the middle of the night while we were sleeping. She thought I didn't hear it and from the angry way she got up and went with the phone and locked herself in the bathroom, I knew it was probably from her ex boyfriend. I never confronted her with it, but the next day I checked her phone and she had deleted the text she had received during the night. If Reva was doing similar shenanigans it could easily have infuriated Oscar.
