  2.  @gragor11  I didn't mean it as the only solution. Just the most plausible one taking all the details we can observe into account. Consider that drugs are the among the first things the police ask the paramedics about, since they also see this behavior as drug related. But let me hear your assessment then if you have a better one.

  6.  @gragor11  Sure, and it's common knowledge that anger and rage gets amplified with drugs. Again, this is why the police asked the paramedics if they could tell which drugs were used in this case.
