@VHARDJO i dont believe they have no days off. nobody can work 16-18 hours a day with no off days. not even for a week. mistakes will start to happen and then a kitchen can become a very dangerous place to be! not a thousand chefs. 280 chefs, the rest are helpers.

yea, if they work in shifts of 8 hours i can understand. bu the cook in the video made it sound as if they all work from 08 morning till 02 at night.

@giraffesareselfish9563 yea, i know. but people like to exaggerate, so i dont jut believe everything uncritically. i have worked in a kitchen myself and know how tough work it is.

@M-M-M-M thats admirable. i did something similar for 2 years i had 3 jobs and only slept 4 hours each night. but life is more than being a work horse my friend. cheers

@bijujoseph1858 wow... much repsect. i have worked in a high-end kitchen also. but not like that. we worked 4 days and had 3 days off. and no more than 12 hours max.
