  1. What's wrong with your colors dude? Your teeth are blue. Also, what takes my energy is dairy products. When I have cheese, milk and so on, I wake up tired and am sleepy all day and no amount of sleep or coffee is helping. But when I stay away from dairy, I can have all the energy I need from just 6 hours of sleep. You need to take food intolerances into account when talking about waking up rested and full of energy.
