  6. no he wasn't rich. he hadn't had an income for 2 years. credit card debts for 150 thousand dollars. his wife probably found out about his infidelities and wanted out of the relationship, which meant he would have to sell house and loose status. loose respect of his family. maybe she threatened to tell everybody if he didn't do such and such. maybe she was giving him ultimatums. there is a very high possibility for motive here. sometimes no direct evidence is possible, but strong circumstantial evidence can be enough if a clear pattern emerges. and how do u like the fact that 7 minutes after his 911 call when the paramedics arrive, all her blood is totally dried up. so much so that they didn't have to worry getting any of it on them!? plus other things...

  11. for such a hardcore criminal that takes on such a dangerous and high speed chase, the trooper should have ANTICIPATED a weapon! besides the helicopter was in radio communication with the police on ground, telling them the criminal was going in DEFENSE mode and reaching for something under the FLOORBOARD. doesn't get much clearer than that. the trooper really just was rushing it being full of stupid adrenaline. he didn't have to rush anything. his partner had an AR-15 in the car and they could have ordered the criminal away from the car and down on the pavement from a distance shooting warning shots. the trooper just needed to be the hero of the chase that day. that's what makes him stupid.

(and why he was so confident no weapon would be found, if u listen to his arguments and watch his demeanor throughout the case). why her own hairs were found clutched inside her hands from grabbing her own head in an instinctive defensive behavior. this theory also explains why no broken ribs or fall-wounds on knees, legs, arms, torso and face! very important. it also explains why he was sitting with her head in his lap when the paramedics came. that was to disguise the blood on his clothes! he was clever enough not to try and get rid of his blood stained clothes and take a shower. he knew they would check for that. cause he was not near her when he made the 911 call. that can be heard in the call. he had to walk like 10 meters while answering questions to get to her. which is also not normal when reporting a fatal accident. people remain close to the injured in case they are instructed to do something over the phone like giving a detailed account or performing cpr. so by acting all concerned and in shock with her head in his lap later, he was actually destroying evidence. it was a perfect excuse, cause he wouldn't have to explain how her blood got on him. most astonishing thing is that his girlfriend in Germany died in the exact samme manner 20 years earlier. also 7 lacerations to the back of her head, found dead in a pool of blood at the bottom of some stairs! what is the chance for two such cryptic deaths around the same man? he got away with the first killing in Germany and everyone assumed it was an accident, so he must have thought that he had discovered the perfect crime. his big mistake though was to follow the exact same procedure.

She had even asked her former boyfriend to do a similar road trip, but as he told, it was not in the cards back then. So with Brian she was dead set on realizing it. As if it didn't matter who she did it with, as long as she could film herself on the road showing off a loving relationship. I can imagine that Brian felt used and pushed into a situation he didn't want to be in, for several months on the road alone together with very differing opinions on the entire deal. Had she been a sensible person, she wouldn't have pushed him into going on the road with her for several months! Isolating both of them from their families, friends and so on. Or she would have stopped the trip when it came to physical fights between them. But she didn't want to, even with the polices help she begged them not to split them apart but let them continue on with "her" silly trip. She was as much to blame for what happened eventually. She drove her boyfriend to desperation which ended in an explosion. I can imagine how love turned to hate for him when he was caught between not wanting to give up on the road trip and look like a quitter, and also being in a place and situation he would have never chosen to be in if it wasn't for her. They were both young and immature and took upon themselves a stupid ordeal. I am not siding with him. He could have taken the calm way out. No excuse for what he did. But she was as much to blame for what happened with her egotistical and pushy ambitions.

Pictures this: They were both up eating in the kitchen around 2 at night, and she for some reason takes her phone with her and needs to lock herself in the bathroom with it calling or messaging someone. He would have known this cause he went and shot her. Most probably a fight went on between them which in the stillness of the night could have been heard from further away. Loud angry voices can carry very far at night. I have heard such quarrels at night myself. But even without the neighbors claim of the loud voices, its a clear cut case of murder. He was shooting only in the direction of the toilet where he knew she would be seated with her phone. If he had thought a burglar was in there, why only shoot at the toilet? What kind of a home intruder would lock himself in there and sit himself on the toilet? He would have sprayed his shots all over the door in the hope of hitting the guy.
