Just like Epstein

They need to have all assets seized and nationalized

Stealerships and capitalist hospitals have a lot of similarities in their pricing schemes, actually

I can’t believe I’m saying this but I think I like Walz more than Bernie
10
Only billionaires can quench the thirst of the tree of liberty
6
I’d be a lot more afraid of the Second Amendment than the Wagner Act if I were you, Howard.

This was a great slow burn. Starts off like, hmm, these might be the least awful billionaires, and by the end, you realize they make Captain Planet villains look like Gandhi.
4
But then Harvard has their extension school scam, so they can have their cake and eat it too. Its elitist and it’s a degree mill

The extreme heat dramatically reduces the efficiency of solar panels. AZ’s electricity rates are also too low for solar to be competitive. Solar is a lot more economical in states like MA at the moment, actually.
3
The second amendment is the only way we’ve ever held these capitalists accountable. The tree of liberty is dying of thirst out there

All natural monopolies should be state run on principle. That being said, I don’t think Pine Tree Power will be a panacea by itself. It might make ME power grid more in line with NH or VT, two other grids that don’t function very well either. Community solar and wind, reducing the reliance on one distribution line, is what would help here. Folks who power outages are life threatening for, need backup power systems. Batteries, solar, generators. No electrical utility is going to be 100% reliable. Isolated rural towns need to be looking to setup community solar and decentralize the grid. Maine has infamously foul weather and is very rural. Also, Mainers played themselves by fighting northern pass for a decade. They should be getting cheap hydro from Canada by now but they decided to cut their nose to spite Massachusetts. Hard to feel that sorry for them tbh.

Focusing on Big Sky so much just seems like demagoguery tbh. Look at a topo map and tell me how you plan to build affordable housing in that place. There’s no buildable lots. All your construction workers are gonna have to commute from Bozeman too. Construction season is a few short months. There’s no water or sewer lines. All materials have to be trucked in. Heating fuel also needs to be trucked in. It’s never going to be affordable there. It’s always gonna be a place the 1% stay in a hotel for a week and the 0.01% own a place in. It makes way more sense to build commieblocks in Bozeman and run shuttle buses every 10 minutes.

HP should be mandated to facilitate the installation of custom firmware.

Bet you wish you had Northern Pass sending cheap, renewable Canadian hydro to your home right about now…
1
Harvard’s morals are degenerate, across the board. From their elitism to their pro-genocide president
1
When you said “Canadian Texas,” I thought you were referring to the province of Alberta, not a real town in Texas. Hilarious that’s a real place

Something’s gone very wrong with capitalism if there’s thousands of small business owners with domain knowledge in the cattle industry being f’ed without lube by these feed lots and slaughterhouses, and they can’t raise the capital to compete with these crooks taking in enormous economic profits. It’s not just the regulators on this industry that are broken. It’s the conflicts of interest produced by the repeal of glass steagall, the too big to fail banks getting ever larger. Regional banks are getting crushed. The only source of financing for such an endeavor? They’re heavily invested in JBS etc, why would they fund killing their golden goose?

If it’s so bad here that you can’t even support yourself, why live so far from your family? Go back to Bangladesh and reduce the supply of unskilled labor in NYC. Wages for treat slaves will rise again. Who is this status quo good for? Living in the same squalor you could have back home, but now you can’t see your family. Worst trade deal ever. We are a foolish country. Waitlists for Indian engineers to get visas are decades long, whereas some joker making $150 a week in nyc can get in somehow just because he’s on the other side of a line in the sand. Give me a break.

This is why there’s a blue state housing crisis. Because these red states are unlivable third world hellscapes.

Historically speaking, the second amendment is how we dealt with capitalist swine like Schultz. He was in grave danger at that captive audience meeting and he is far too stupid to realize it. Jury nullification would free whoever did it too, guarantee it. Billionaires shouldn’t exist. One way or another, this second gilded age will end.

Bold move praising Game of Thrones writers after that last season. Google “bad writers” and D&D’s faces come up still. Also they’re filthy rich. Benioff’s daddy used to run Goldman Sachs.
1
because we live in a demonic country
1
Comparing the self inflicted wound of NIMBYs killing Northern Pass, to PG&E killing hundreds of people, is downright offensive tbh
1
Good god I’d rather trump than these ghouls

@Jack or Emma Goldman’s ice cream shop

This rule also provides a great incentive for airlines to get rid of junk fees and bundle them into ticket prices, like they used to.
1
Even if that were true, which it isn’t, having more diverse alumni would preclude having so much white guilt that you can’t denounce genocide if brown people do it.
1
I love how there’s a public option for rich people’s beach houses but not for healthcare

As usual, the south is 100 years behind the rest of the world.

I’m sorry but this is ridiculous. AZ’s average cost per kWh is about 10% below the national average. This is a consumption issue. They resist any attempt to conserve energy because they think the climate crisis is a liberal hoax. Their building codes don’t even mandate a minimum R-value for insulation! Now the chickens have come home to roost. Paint your roofs white. Install window awnings. Require basements in new construction, so you have a naturally cool place to retreat to if there’s a wet bulb event during a blackout. Ceiling fans in every room. Mandate all rentals to have an efficient mini split or central air system — AZ is way too hot for inefficient portable units. Loss of cooling needs to be treated at least as severely in AZ as loss of heat in NYC. It’s rare for people to freeze to death during winter blackouts outside of TX. You can put more clothes on. But we are rapidly approaching temps in AZ that will kill even healthy people without AC. Heat waves are the most lethal natural disaster. The European heat wave of 2003 killed 70,000 people.

If we knew that glorified diet pills would convert GOP congresscritters to our side, we could’ve just legalized speed decades ago!
1
Anyone remember the healthcare.gov rollout? On the off chance it isn’t killed in the cradle, this system is going to take years to become usable for anyone but the poorest Americans, and the 1040-EZ is already pretty simple for them tbh.
1
Half the working class people in Vail County are sleeping in their cars, and this guy’s complaining about unreliable heat in a rural area. Lol. Come on dude. Check your privilege. How many other unskilled jobs allow you to afford your own housing these days?
1
This video is such a BS narrative. Passes have never been cheaper. Indy Pass is only $300 but goes off sale today. Running ski areas isn’t particularly profitable. Climate change and demographics are gonna shutter many of them. Boycotting the industry will just kill it, along with the mountain economies that depend on it.

It’d be nice if Obama called out Biden for going along with this attempt to destroy his only accomplishment as president

You’ll own nothing and be happy

What’s ironic is that they’re building the perfect entity to nationalize and turn into an NHS for the US.
