  8. A free economy is the greatest expression of democracy... Allow consumers to vote by deciding what products or services they want to buy... and not allow corrupt governments to adopt legislation that promotes, subsidizes or incentivizes products and services of greedy companies with taxes and public revenue. If solar power is what the people want... let them pay for it. Don't force consumers to pay for more expensive solar power if they don't want it... solar only causes rates and taxes to go up... it makes no economic sense whatsoever. Electric customers in California are being charged more for power than anywhere in the country right now while greedy Elon Musk makes BILLIONS of dollars with the help of corrupt officials.

But Norway does not have the same strict emission regulations as the U.S.? Cars in Norway produce more exhaust emissions. Electric power is heavily taxed in the U.S. over 30% in some states, here in California almost 50% of electric power is generated by fossil fuels and only 15% from renewables. New Hydro-electric projects are essentially banned in California and most U.S. states due to the unacceptable environmental impacts of such massive, destructive projects.
