  5.  @spookzeez  that gets us into a really weird area, imo, if he is in the community and it's still a "hate crime" then we truly have protected classes, or as some would say "sacred cows", that can be used for political advantage by some nefarious people. This whole thing creeps me out, and I still haven't heard of a motive or seen any evidence he's a Maga whack job... This is terrible either way and I hope the victims get justice and those affected can recover, so many lives altered forever.
