  1. I agree, and add more - why ! It is more DIFFICULT, to get all. (here in Germany) More difficult: To get the driver licence. - and to get an OK, by the safety check of the vehicle. You cannot force it, by paying more money. I needed six MONTHES, to get the driver licence. I need one week and more to fix my car, to get the OK by the safety check. Or I must buy a more expensive car, who is in better conditions. So I take a lot of care, too keep it. My driver licence is holy for me. And I drive more carefully, with my own car. And finally: Most people need their car, to drive to the Job. It is soo stupid, to drink and drive. Because you can loose your driver licence. And it is MORE difficult, to get it back. And more expensive, too. We have very strict rules and laws. Where all you can loose your driver licence. In the US, mostly you don´t loose your driver licence. Because you need it, ie for getting food. Greetings from sw Germany.
