There is a STOP Sign, and if Everyone follows it = no Problems ! Here in Germany, if our Police or the driver licence departement would see this video, they would get fears, how the driver will go on with his next car ? Maybe the Lambo driver gets shocked, and so he fled away = no intention. If it is too bad, you can loose your driver licence. And Nobody does it matter, what problems you will get, without driving. And it is difficult and expensive, to get back your driver licence.
