  3. In germany, a person hold and show a printed book with the german main law. A german policeman told her, that she has to hide the book, or she will get arrested. Because this is an act of demonstration, but now and there forbidden. Happened in the streets of Berlin (Germany), a few years ago.

  4.  @tobiasberlin759  Ich habe den Vorfall auf Video gesehen - im Fernsehen. (Sonst würde ich es nicht glauben) Es kommt halt darauf an, welche Anweisungen die Polizei bekommt. Und hier wurde das stumme halten des Grundgesetzes bereits als "verbotene Demonstration" betrachtet. So wie in diesem Video. Der Mann sagte nichts aus auf seinem Papier. Trotzdem wurde es als verbotene Demonstration betrachtet.
