@samfyfe2949 Your argument is juvenile. Bellend targeted individuals, their families and their professions over nearly a decade. The law on stalking was amended to cover Bellend's crimes some time ago. As you say you do not know much.

@samfyfe2949 Emotional?? I spent 12 years as a paralegal in which I enjoyed compiling cases in several languages. I loved the cold challenge of outwitting the other guy and it never leaves you. Accusing those who disagree with you of 'emotion' is a sad affectation imported from America. There are no wider implications from this case. I have followed it quite closely whilst you admit that you have not. Alex Belfield is a disturbed, narcissistic and vindictive individual. Try to read the sentencing remarks of the judge. You ARE simple minded and you should stick to what you know. Quit the juvenile jibes also. It was the arrogance of Belfield that brought him low.

His sentence would likely be increased. He caused great and prolonged harm and it would helpful for his future to recognize this as soon as possible. You muppets are in the Idiots way.
