I Saw the Videos that Charlie Bo 313 Put Out on Detroit, Also on You Tube. & What he Showed on his Videos Made me Sick & Disgusted on The Streets of Detroit & Houses & Buildings were Run Down & Vacant Lots All Over the City & I Ask Myself How in the Hell did the Black Mayors of Detroit from Coleman Young to the Black Mayors After Him Did Very Little to Bring Detroit to Life & Let in Go to Hell & God Left Detroit for Good! Detroit is the Only Major City that doesn't have a Decent Rail Transit System, Just a Downtown People Mover that Nobody Rides & a 3 Mile Street Car, where the Light Rail or Subway in Detroit? We have Our here in L.A. & in 3 Other Metro Areas of California, as well as Seattle, Denver, Salt Lake City, Houston, Dallas, Cleveland, St.Louis, Baltimore, Boston, Philly, Pittsburgh, but Really Nothing in Detroit. I'm Glad their Rebuilding in Detroit, Mainly in & Around Downtown & Farther Out in the City. But Detroit has to Prove Itself that they are Really Ready For Buisness in that City. God is Starting to Come Back to Detroit.

  2. Chicago Ain't No Damn Detroit! Chicago Has Lost Population, but Nothing Like Detroit has in the Last 50+Years. Chicago Has Mass Transit, Detroit Doesn't. Chicago has a Helluva Skyline, 2nd to NYC, Detroit Doesn't. Chicago Has 2 Airports, Detroit has 1 Outside the City. Chicago doesn't have Miles of Vacant Lots, Detroit has Miles of Vacant Lots. Chicago may not have the Auto Industry Headquarters Based there, Like Detroit, but Has a Ford Assembly Plant on Chicago's Far South Side & Detroit has what's left of its Assembly Plants in the City, Or Burbs. Chicago has Supermarkets & Retail Stores in the City, Detroit doesen't, Just a Couple of Mejier Stores in Detroit. Chicago's Population is around 2.6 Million, Detroit's is Under 700,000. So Understand Detroit May have Competed with Chicago 60/70 Years Ago, but Today it's a A Way Different Tune Today Comparing Apples & Oranges Between Detroit & Chicago.

  3. Not Just Here in California, But in Seattle, Portland, Denver, Dallas/Ft. Worth, Austin, Atlanta, Miami, Boston & Other Cities in the U.S. I can't even Mention.

  4. Atlanta is Rising in Real Estate Prices & Rents, Neighborhoods in Atlanta, where Houses were Selling for $150 to $250 Grand are going as High as $800 Grand, Rents are Rising also in the ATL & the City is Starting to Boom in Construction Also.

  5. Yeah... but another issue is No State Income Tax States Such as Nevada, Texas, Wyoming, Tennessee, Florida, Washington & Alaska. Those 7 State Income Tax Free States People are Moving to Like Crazy, Mainly Nevada, Texas & Tennessee. Cost of Living is Cheap & it's Low Taxes in those States I Mentioned, but... People Moving To those States don't Read the FINE PRINT! The Cities or Counties they Move to Will Charge you High Fees for Property Taxes, Or Other Taxes, or Fees, the Roads & Highways, Streets, Sewers, & Other Public Works Ain't Free & have to be Maintained with some type of Funding & that's where John & Jane Blow Come In & Pay High Fees to Keep Services Maintained & Going & it's Complicated to go Through the Motion on What's What? But it has to be Done!
