  1. These particular dumb sh!ts are too lazy to sell their old guns back or else these guns are stolen. In the USA it is communist to dispose of a gun. You can always give it to a friend or relative and then that friend or relative will be safe from crime, as the US Supreme Court has recently noted in their landmark NY State ruling that all Americans have the Constitutional right to carry concealed loaded handguns in public in all 50 States.
