  1. Heat from the sun is a deadly enemy away from the luxury of air conditioning. You need lots of water, salt tabs, a hat, light khaki clothing, sunglasses, a moist towel around you head and neck, and shade. I would not expect civilians to know any of that unless someone taught them first.
