  36. Any gas absent oxygen is great for complete asphyxiation & death. Nitrogen is the cheapest because 79% of the atmosphere is N2. Argon is about 1% and works well too but is more expensive. Only CO2 causes respiratory distress. None of the others does so. C2O2 is laughing gas & it's painless & the best. But very expensive however. So there is nothing for the protestors to be alarmed about. Using N2 is actually a great idea. Although N2O2 would be more pleasant for the condemned.
