I have wondered if BCK left the sheath on purpose too. If so then he knew nothing about touch-dna from perspiration etc.

If you move to a new State and you work there the law says you need local registration. If you don't work & you are a student then you don't need to. He was working & was being paid. So he had to reregister.

I agree that maybe he had tunnel vision & did not see her. Maybe while BCK is sitting in prison on death row he will explain.

Wow DrG ,!!! This is the best analysis of the crimes & the criminal & the victims & the police work that I have heard anywhere !!! Thank you for the psychological insights !!! While this murder case seems open & shut, I shudder to recall OJ Simpson's trial for murdering Nicole & Ron. So anything is always possible and it always depends on the jury. Maybe you should do an analysis of the OJ Simpson jury ?! Anyway note that Miss Dylan had apparently moved up to the 2nd floor and no longer slept down on the 1st floor. Also note you said at the beginning 3 males & 1 female. Thanks again for your excellent analysis !!!

@countdebleauchamp for a perfect crime BCK would have had to do the following: 1: leave his cell phone at home while conduction reconnaissance & stalking, 2: steal a car to use in the actual crime, 3: travel to the target during higher traffic times & wait, 4: park further away & walk to the target, 5: kill everyone & leave no witnesses, 6: not forget his dumbazz sheath at the crime scene, 7: walk back to his stolen car & wait several hours before departing, 8: don't drive straight home, 9: get rid of the knife on the way home & burn the sheath & burn his clothes & shoes, 10: get rid of the stolen car.

With his ego aka narcissism he must be planning his next step which is to try to win the jury over. That's my guess. It takes a monster to murder 4 innocent beautiful kids. Most criminals use a stolen car to commit their further crimes such as bank robbery. BCK was just inexperienced at real crime and also stupid.
