  13. Are LEOs sure it was road rage? Sounds more like a random shooting to me. Could also likely have been a racial rage shooting. Road rage is when somebody doesn't like the way you are driving. Did the surviving male state there was a driving issue? Just calling something road rage on the news does not make it true. Road rage sounds like BS in this matter to me.
