PRC China is going to get away with starting it except that their business boom has been quashed by it. Millions of old & unhealthy people everywhere except Mongolia have died as a result.   22. Thank you for your summary !! No mention of the Chinese doing dangerous research on their bat virus and then foolishly letting it escape from their Wuhan lab ?! No discussion of the Chinese upgrading their lab safety procedures ?! No discussion of allowing or prohibiting sick passengers travelling ?! Seems like they left out a lot of relevant issues.
