  2. The dad of the shooter is obviously responsible for not securing his firearms which enabled the juvie babe to murder 2 people. He's is most certainly being investigated & will most likely be charged & tried in court. Dumbazz scumbag. My thoughts & sympathies for the surviving victims & their families.
