@hotboy80baby18 well your statement is rather naive and I get your right to make it. We will all need to wait & see what a jury decides. That's why we have trials & juries. Whenever I'm on a jury I bring lots of paper & write everything down. Then I cross reference it with circled numbers. When I'm finished there is no reasonable doubt one way or the other. The jurors or at least one of them will need to do this for the others.

Great update thank you all !! June 26 will be an important day when it kicks off the scheduled week long preliminary hearing of Kohberger's alleged involvement from a formal legal perspective. It's not surprising that one or both of the surviving roommates don't want to testify in court. Apparently the prosecutor does not intend to call them, so the defense wants them in court. The defense is grasping at anything they can.

@ellea1449 the 2 surviving girls are not needed for the trial. The rest of the evidence speaks for itself. Kohberger will be convicted & executed by firing squad.

@michaelpower4372 Kohberger's cell phone was active all night & morning long during the crime. It pings at towers incident to the videos of his white car. His DNA is on the sheath next to the dead girls. He had in his possession one of the dead girls' college I/D cards. He's dead to rites. There is nothing Bethany knows about him. Nor you. Nor I. Nor the Pope.

@michaelpower4372 if Kohberger were my relative I would want him to plead guilty & walk to the execution chamber.
