  2. We won't know til the trial & release of DNA on their 4 bodies what order they were killed in Xana (Xanie) & Ethan were up while Kaylee & Maddie were passed out drunk so Ethan was probably killed first, then Xana. Need to wait to find out.

  4. Maddie & Xana were waitresses at the Mad Greek Restaurant which advertised vegan dishes. They were probably the targets Not Kaylee nor Ethan but these 2 we're in the way.

  5.  @crfdln  you're right it screams of InCel. It also screams of revenge too though. The various expert commentators have said BCK does not belong to any InCel groups. Plus InCel killings are more massive ending in suicide. This killer BCK had before gone to pubs and hit on girls and got livid when rejected. I'm guessing that's what happened here. So while BCK may have wanted to mask his true intent of revenge with InCel & with mutilating Kaylee in reality it was the 2 Mad Greek waitresses Maddie & Xana whom BCK was after.
